Our in vivo drug metabolism and pharmacokinetic (DMPK) services cover a complete range of different animal studies in several species. The in vivo DMPK services are available for all drug modalities, e.g., small molecules, peptides, oligonucleotides, antibodies and ADCs. We have AAALAC-accredited in-house animal facilities housing mice and rats, and studies with other species are performed together with chosen European in-life partners. The partner for each study is chosen based on the study requirements (animal species, sample type, radiolabeled vs non-labeled compound). We manage the whole process for you; from study planning to bioanalytical tasks (LC/MS/MS, LC/HR-MS, LC/radiodetection), pharmacokinetic evaluation and reporting.
